This policy is demo content for the fictional Halle 9. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own space actually does.

What we collect

When you book a room or buy a membership: your name, email address and what you choose at checkout, so we can confirm it. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details. When you write to us or book a tour: your name, email and message, so we can reply. When you sign up for the letter: your email address, and nothing else.

Your key card

Your key card opens the door and your locker. We keep the time it was used for 30 days, for safety, and nothing else.

Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics counts which pages are read. Without it, nothing is stored in your browser.

Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
